Pianist Belén Navarro, awarded in competitions such as Cox, Xàtiva, and the Alicante Concert Society, makes her solo debut with the Alicante Symphony Orchestra after unanimously receiving the Honorary Award for the Higher Degree. Her professional commitments have taken her to stages such as the Palau de la Música in Valencia, Sala Magdalena in Monza, Italy, Great Organ Hall in Krasnogorsk, Moscow, Lincoln Center in Washington DC, and Katara Drama Theatre in Qatar. She has also been invited to perform at the Mediterranean Festival, directed by Zubin Mehta, at the Palau de les Arts in Valencia, Vila-seca International Piano Festival, directed by Paul Badura-Skoda, Montjoie Musicale Festival in Monschau, Germany, and the International Week of Piano and Chamber Music in Blonay, Switzerland. She has collaborated numerous times with the Valencia Orchestra under conductors such as Yaron Traub, Walter Weller, Michel Plasson, Josep Pons, and others. Since 2007, she has been part of the Organizing Committee of the International Piano Competition of Campillos, where she serves as its artistic advisor. As an educator, she has trained several of Spain's most promising young musicians. She has been a professor of piano and chamber music at the José Iturbi Conservatory in Valencia and has offered masterclasses in Spain, Italy, and England, participating in the latest edition of Chetham's International Summer School and Festival for Pianists. Chamber music has been a fundamental pillar in her training and professional activity, having been a student of D. Dechenne, pianist of the Guarneri Trio. She graduated from the Superior Conservatory of Music in Alicante and Sweelinck Conservatorium in Amsterdam with the highest honors, and completed postgraduate studies at L'Escola de Música in Barcelona, Liceo in Barcelona, and the University of Alcalá de Henares. She obtained a Master's degree in Musical Interpretation and Research at Valencian International University. Her teachers have included H. Austbö, I. Rohmann, A. Attenelle, and A. Flori, and she has also received influences from G. Sandor, S. Pochekin, and M. Voskresensky.
